1. Guest registration and identification

2. Reservation cancellation policies
Due to the current health situation derived from Covid-19, we will maintain a flexible cancellation policy, The request for cancellation or change of date, as appropriate, must be sent by email to: reservas@ecorefugio.cl.
- If you cancel 15 days before your arrival, you can receive a refund of the payment.
The refund will have a discount equivalent to the taxes paid by Ecorefugio, in addition to the corresponding surcharges and expenses already deducted by credit institutions (Banks, Financial Institutions or Credit Cards).
- If you cancel 7 days before your arrival, you can receive a 50% refund of the payment.
The 50% refund will have a discount equivalent to the taxes paid by Ecorefugio, in addition to the corresponding surcharges and expenses already deducted by credit institutions (Banks, Financial Institutions or Credit Cards).
- If you cancel after 7 days before your arrival, you will not be able to get a refund.
In this case, we offer the possibility of changing the dates of your reservation, you will have a period of one year from the date of your payment to make a new reservation and visit us, it will be subject to availability and you can make a single request time without right to exchange or refund.
3. No Show
The penalty for No-Show It corresponds to total amount of stay.
4. Taxes
In accordance with local tax laws, chilean citizens (and foreigners who stay more than 59 days in Chile) must pay a additional rate of 19% for tax.
To be exempt from the collection of the VAT rate, the foreign citizens must demonstrate their status by presenting foreign passport and country entry card.
5. Obligations of the guest
It is Strictly forbidden to guests:
- Making annoying noises, causing altercations and, in general, any act that disturbs or bothers other guests.
- Smoking inside the rooms. People who wish to do so can do so on the terrace of the refuge, which has an ashtray and in the common areas allowed.
- Accommodate people other than those registered in their rooms. In no case may the number of people housed in each room be greater than the capacity assigned for each shelter.
- Using the electrical current or the accessories and mechanical equipment installed in the rooms for purposes other than those for which they are intended. Ecorefugio's security measures strictly prohibit the use of irons, curling irons, dryers and other electrical or other devices that may cause a short circuit or fire.
- Deteriorate the furniture, decoration or goods of Ecorefugio, giving them an improper destination to that of your service.
- Execute any act that causes damage or harm to Ecorefugio and the other guests, or is contrary to decorum and good coexistence.
The company reserves the right to terminate the lodging service, when the indicated prohibitions are violated, without the guest causing them, having any right or reduction in their debt for the lodging or service received, being also obliged to pay compensation for damages or losses.
