1. Guest registration and identification

2. Reservation cancellation policies
We have a flexible cancellation policy, the cancellation or date change request, as appropriate, must be sent by email to: reservas@ecorefugio.cl.
- If you cancel 15 days before your arrival, you can receive a refund of your payment.
The refund will have a discount equivalent to the taxes paid by Ecorefugio, in addition to the corresponding surcharges and expenses already deducted by credit entities (Banks, Financial Entities or Credit Cards).
- If you cancel 7 days before your arrival, you can receive a 50% refund of your payment.
The 50% refund will have a discount equivalent to the taxes paid by Ecorefugio, in addition to the corresponding surcharges and expenses already deducted by credit entities (Banks, Financial Entities or Credit Cards).
- If you cancel more than 7 days before your arrival, you will not be able to get a refund.
In this case, we offer the possibility of changing the dates of your reservation, you will have a period of one year from the date of your payment to make a new reservation and visit us, it will be subject to availability and you can make the request only once. once without the right to exchange or refund.
3. No Show
The penalty for No-Show corresponds to the total amount of the stay .
4. Late Check In
The time to check in is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., after this there is a late check-in which has a cost of 10,000 Chilean pesos (12 USD).
5. Taxes
Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional 19% tax .
To be exempt from charging the VAT rate, foreign citizens must prove their status by presenting a foreign passport and entry card to the country .
6. Obligations of the guest
It is strictly prohibited for guests to:
- Making annoying noises, causing altercations and, in general, any act that disturbs or inconveniences other guests.
- Smoking inside the rooms. People who wish to do so may do so on the terrace of the shelter, which has an ashtray, and in permitted common areas.
- Accommodate people other than those registered in their rooms. In no case may the number of people housed in each room be greater than the capacity assigned to each shelter.
- Using electrical current or mechanical accessories and equipment installed in rooms for purposes other than those for which they are intended. Ecorefugio’s safety measures strictly prohibit the use of straighteners, curling irons, dryers and other electrical or other devices that could cause a short circuit or fire.
- Deteriorate the furniture, decoration or goods of Ecorefugio, giving them a destination inappropriate for their service.
- Carry out any act that causes damage or harm to Ecorefugio and the other guests, or is contrary to decorum and good coexistence.
The company reserves the right to terminate the lodging service, when the indicated prohibitions are violated, without the guest causing them having any right or reduction in their debt for the lodging or service received, being also obliged to pay. compensation for damages or losses.
7. Petfriendly
Ecorefugio is Pet-friendly, let us know if you visit us with your pet , the owners must be responsible for any damages they may cause , it is important to have well-educated and controlled pets , perfectly clean and in optimal health, vaccinated and dewormed. , we ask that you respect the environment in which you are located and that you do not “invade” the space of other people who share the establishment.
